The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, 6 p.m., to present the following:
SUMMARY, PROPOSED CHANGES TO SUNDERLAND LAND USE REGULATIONS
Statement of purpose
As required by Vermont statute Title 24, Chapter 117, Section 4444, The Sunderland Planning Commission submits this report describing proposed changes to our zoning bylaws creating a Short-Term Rental (STR) bylaw. The bylaw provides for the regulation of short-term rental properties within Sunderland to promote the safety of guests and maintaining the quality of life and character of the zoning districts they are located in.
